This is an easy and nutritious recipe, delicious for kids and adults. You can also buy a can of refried beans and skip steps 1 and 2 of the preparation.
400 grams (14 oz) boiled beans
200 grams (7 oz) boiled corn
1 small onion
2 garlic cloves
1. Chop the onion and garlic in small pieces in a frying pan and fry with enough olive oil for some minutes.
2. Add the beans and let fry for some minutes more, smashing the beans and blending until you get a puree.
3. Add the corn, mix and turn off the heat.
4. Serve while hot, with some greens or salad for nutrition and color.
