Melon-Lemon Drink

Very refreshing!


1 cup watermelon (seeds removed), or 1 cup cantaloupe
Pulp of 1/2 a lemon (no seeds, peel, or white pith)
1 cup fruit juice (apple, white grape, peach, etc)
Pinch of grated fresh ginger (optional)
Sweetener, to taste


In blender, blend all ingredients.
Add sweetener to taste.
Serve immediately, plain or over ice.
